Biography: I live to help others..... I have been involved in charity work since the age of 6 (thanks to my beautiful mother Anna) and since then have worked with numerous charities throughout my life. I have been on several advisory boards - I am the past board president for the Nicole Charity for Special Needs Children; have been a board member for KidsPlay & YouthOutlook; The Believe to Achieve Foundation founded by Spider Jones; a former judge and board member for the Miss Toronto Tourism Pageant and am currently the chair of The Anna Baillie Foundation which I founded in my mother's name. Our organization helps individual families with children that have special needs. I also have an entertainment company that helps established and up and coming artists publicize their talent to commercial radio. I am also a director and resident judge of "Toronto's Rising Star" competition. Prior to joining Believe to Achieve Ainslie was appointed to the position of board President for the Nicole Charity For Special Needs Children in 2002; Ainslie has also served on the board for KidsPlay & Youth Outlook and was a founding member of Youth Day and has served on Toronto Pearson International Airport’s Sponsorship Committee. As well as her current position as Board Member for Believe to Achieve, Ainslie is also currently on the Board of Director’s for the Bailey Baio Angel Foundation out of Los Angeles California founded by actor Scott Baio and his wife Renee. Previously Ainslie was a former judge and board member for the Miss Toronto Tourism Pageant and past Chair of the Anna Baillie Foundation.
